Protist and Fungi

Protozoan: one-celled animal-like organism with a nucleus.

Cilia: short, hairlike parts on the surface of a nucleus.

Sporozoan: protozoans that reproduce by forming spores.

Spore: special cells that develop into two organisms.

Algae: plantlike protist.

Multicellular: an organism having many different cells that do certain job for the organism.

Slime Mold: funguslike protist that are consumers.

Hyphae: threadlike  structures that make up bodies of most fungi.

Sporangium fungi: fungi that produces spore in sporangia.

Sporangia:structures, found on the tips of hyphae, that makes spores.

Club fungi: fungi with club-shaped parts that produces spores.

Sac fungi: fungi that produces spores in sac-like structures.

Budding: reproduction in which a small part of the parent grows into a new organism.

Mutualism: a living arrangment in which both organism benefit.

Lichen: an fungus and an organism with chlorophyll that  live together.
